Product Description
1. This model of plate bending machine has the function of plate end pre-springing, and the remaining straight edge of pre-springing is ≤ 2.5 times of the plate thickness
2. It adopts EPS automatic electronic leveling technology, real-time monitoring and adjustment, automatically adjust the levelness of the upper roller and keep the upper and lower rollers parallel.
3. This model adopts T-groove ram type horizontal moving mechanism, which can bear great pressure of oil cylinder.
4. This model dute's back bending process can realize end pre-springing, continuous bending without back angle, and full digital display of bending process.
5. It adopts large-size LCD touch screen digital display, man-machine dialogue control interface, and efficient and intuitive operation
6. Through the combination of fixed disturbance compensation of upper roller and variable disturbance compensation of lower roller and idler, This model can effectively overcome the influence of disturbance deformation and improve the straightness of products.
7. This model has various overload and safety protection functions, interconnection and interlock, automatic fault alarm and prompt, which can effectively prevent misoperation and protect equipment and operators.
8. This model has high strength integrally welded chassis and bracket, so it has firm structure and durable
9. This model can roll plates with thickness of 1.5mm-200mm and width of 6000mm.
