Product Description
- It is used to roll the plate into cylindrical shape, circular arc shape and conical shape under normal temperature, has the advantages of superior performance, compact structure and convenient operation.
- The lifting and tipping device of the upper roller is driven by hydraulic pressure. The main drive is transmitted by the motor through the V-belt, and the reducer drives the two lower rollers. The winding has good flexibility.
- This model adopts PLC programmable display control. The lifting and lowering of the upper roller is checked by the displacement sensor and displayed by the measuring digital display, the tipping frame adopts hydraulic tipping. Succeed in improving product efficiency and quality.
- Compared with the mechanical plate rolling machine, this model has the advantage of high efficiency, and the disadvantage is that there is residual plate head in the plate rolling machine, which needs to be rounded or pre bent by other equipment.
- The equipment can roll plates with thickness of 1mm-200mm and width of 8000mm.
