Automatic Storage & Retrieval System (AS/RS), also named Automatic Dispenser, consists of stereoscopic goods shelf, rail type aisle stacking crane, goods in/out pallet transferring system, dimension inspection barcode reading systems, communication systems, automatic control systems, warehouse management systems, and other auxiliary equipment such as wire and cable bridges, power distribution cabinets, pallets, and material boxes etc.

2.Miniload Light-Duty Box Type Dispenser
The box-type dispenser is mainly used for box type revolving and intensive access of carton products, whose main purpose is to solve the revolve or storage problems of finished or semi-finished products in small volume. Its main core equipment is the high-speed Miniload light-duty stacking crane, and the main advantage is high-speed access and sorting efficiency.
Application condition:

4. suitable for the warehouse with large warehouse entering volume or sorting requirement
3. Transferring system
The transferring system is suitable for feeding all kinds of boxes, bags and pallets etc., the bulk materials, small items or irregular items need to be transported on pallets or in revolving boxes. It can transfer single material with heavy weight, or bear a large impact load. It is easy to connect and filter between rollers, meanwhile, multiple rollers and other transferring systems or main machines can form a complex logistics transferring system to meet various process requirements. Besides, the accumulation roller can be used to realize the buffering and transportation of materials. It has the advantages of simple structure, high reliability, convenient usage and maintenance, which is suitable for feeding the items with a flat bottom, and is mainly consisted of driving roller, frame, holder and driving components, with the characteristics of large transferring capacity, fast speed, light running and operation, and can realize multi-variety collinear and diverted transferring.
4.Sorting system
Sorting is the process of taking the ordered products out from the storage area, which is an important part of the entire warehousing operation system, meanwhile, it cannot exist independently out of the entire warehousing operation system.
Two important constraints closely related to sorting are the order and the storage area, which are also the two necessary conditions during the products taking out process.
The condition of order and storage area determines and limits the selection of sorting methods, which also means that there is no comparison possibility when the sorting processes with different order conditions and storage areas.
Sorting can be divided into Order Sorting, Batch Sorting and Flow Sorting.
5.Intelligent robot
The intelligent robot mainly includes handling robot (AGV, AMR, compound robot), industrial robot (loading on/off robot, stacking robot), collaborative robot etc.
Widely applied in e-commerce, express, cold chain, retail distribution, food and beverage, medicine, automobile, home appliances, electronics and daily chemicals etc., separate usage and cooperated with transferring system, sorting system to form an automatic system are both available.

6.VNA shelf rack system
Main characters:
l Narrow aisle, normally between 1.6-2.0m in width;
l Greatly improve the warehouse space rate, which is about 30%-60% higher than ordinary beam-type shelf racks;
l VNA forklift can be divided to human-on type and automatic locating type;
l Under the human-on type, receive mission command through hand-hold device, then drive the forklift manually to pick products;
l Under automatic locating type, the forklift terminal will receive the mission command, then automatically locate the products according to the corresponding commands, manually pick the products.
