Automatic Storage & Retrieval System (AS/RS), also named Automatic Dispenser, consists of stereoscopic goods shelf, rail type aisle stacking crane, goods in/out pallet transferring system, dimension inspection barcode reading systems, communication systems, automatic control systems, warehouse management systems, and other auxiliary equipment such as wire and cable bridges, power distribution cabinets, pallets, and material boxes etc.
Through AS/RS, it can realize reasonable usage of high-level space inside warehouse, automatic access and simple operation, which is an advanced material access method at present with high technology.
The stacker system using linear motors has the following features:
1. High-speed stacking, free position setting.
2. Higher output, continuous stacking without interruption.
3. Improve product quality, avoid dirt and damage to the surface of the material caused by manual stacking, and ensure the quality of the material surface.
4. Quickly change the product series, you can control the amount of force.
5. Improve efficiency.
Simple structure:The walking motor drives the wheels to do horizontal walking on the lower rail through the driving shaft. The lifting motor drives the loading platform to perform vertical lifting movement through the lifting wire rope. Telescopic movement is performed by the fork on the loading platform.
Working principle:Through three-dimensional movement, the goods in the designated space can be taken out or sent to the designated space. The horizontal bar code addresser is used to control the horizontal walking position of the stacker. The vertical barcode addresser is used to control the lifting position of the loading platform, and the proximity switch is used to control the telescopic position of the fork. Computer control is realized through the conversion of optical communication signals.
Fully automated control:Manual and semi-automatic control of the on-board control cabinet can be used.
