Adopt double welding head + four driving mechanism structure in automatic welding station. When welding one pipe with one driving, another driving can do the loading preparation, which means one welding head can alternatively work between two drivings, therefore to reduce the standby time of welding head caused by loading or preparation, the non welding time will decrease, the arc burning time of welding head during unit period will be improved, further to improve the single head or station productivity.
1) It means single welding head is allocated with two drivings, normally, welding head can alternatively work between two drivings, which means welding and loading work can be done at the same time on two drivings separately, so, the welding head arc burning time will be improved.
2) When welding S.S pipe, two drivings can work alternatively to reduce the time waste caused by argon filling, layer cooling, further to improve welding head arc burning time.
