The 'Technology and Application of Large-Scale Complex Structure High Efficiency and Precise Assembling and Joining' won the second award of 2020 Scientific and Technological Progress in Jiangsu Province.The Jiangsu key enterprise research organization 'Technology Research Center of Jiangsu Province Pipe Spool and Shell Cutting and Welding Engineering' passed the inspection andevaluation by Jiangsu Science and Technology Department.

Nuclear level pipe spool fabrication system was developed and applied to the third generation nuclear project in China. We also developed pipe fabrication machines for shipbuilding industry, such as All-in-one Pipe Cutting & Beveling Machine, Pipe Positioner, Two torch/Four Torch Slip-on Flange Welding Machine and Motorized Slip-on Flange Fitting-up Machine, which are widely used in ship-building companies and shipyards.
Creatively researched and developed the welding process and whole fabrication solutions for vertical tank construction , horizontal shell fabrication , process pipe fabrication and offshore projects.

Passed the identification of state-class high-tech enterprise and intellectual property management system once again, meanwhile, won the prize of Nanjing Intellectual Property Model Enterprise. Within this year, NAEC totally won 8 patent licenses including 1 invention patent license, and 2 software copyrights.
We developed pipe welding interlayer temperature cooler for S. spipe, which saved the cooling time for s. s pipe welding.We also developed automatic inside vertical seam welding machine for top-to-bottom tank construction method, greatly improved tank construction efficiency.
Successful R&D of double side submerged arc welding without gouging process of pipeline, which full removed root pass process in submarine pipeline welding. We achieved 35 patents and also certified by GB/T 29490-2013 IPMS(Intellectual Property Management System).
We were awarded as High and New-Tech Enterprise, Research Center for Pipe Spool Solution/ Vessel/Tubular Tankage Fabrication Solution, Outstanding Demonstration Company by Chinese Government."High efficient and automatic fabrication system for offshore complex pipe" was recognized as new and high-tech products by Jiangsu Province.
The second generation storage tank construction solution was upgraded to the third generation. R&D of 48" pipe spool fabrication system, improved pipe spool fabrication system capability.
We developed the second generation storage tank constructionsolution, which used MIA type power source and got good welding quality. We developed offshore tubular fabrication system and applied to CNPC Qingdao Offshore Fabrication Base.
We developed tank welding machines for S.S storage tank. Pipe spoolfabrication system was applied to COEC's offshore module fabricationproject. We also developed horizontal tank welding equipments andautomatic cold wire TIG root pass technology, enhanced the pipespool fabrication capability.
