1.What is the FLM lean fabrication management system?
It is originally from lean fabrication management method which is also able to realize intelligent fabrication. This system is allocated with standard design data package function, can generate fabrication plan automatically, track the quality during fabrication process, and automatically finish the handover reports.
2.What is the digital storage warehouse?
After standardly sticking labels on pipe or fittings, the feeding-in mechanism will store them into digitally located area, the information of labels and location will be both copied into industrial computer. When industrial computer operation system receives the feeding-out requirement, it will send the location information to feeding-out mechanism, further to take out the required pipe or fittings.

It is an exclusive allocation to prolong the welding arc time. When welding head is under working, the loading in or out work can be done on driving mechanism.
13.What is AGW?
AGW means automatic girth seam welding machine, it mainly includes bottom-to-top/top-to-bottom dual-purposed single side welding type, single side welding double side shaping type, double side welding type, narrow frame type designed for LPG/LNG double-layer tank and special plate material or high plate height. For AGW, it mainly adopts automatic SAW welding process.
14.What is EGW?
EGW means electric gas-shielding welding, a kind of welding process mainly adopted by automatic vertical seam welding machine. It mainly includes bottom-to-top/top-to-bottom dual-purposed single side welding double side shaping type, top-to-bottom single side welding double side shaping type. These two types is with EGW & FCAW welding process; besides, there is narrow frame type designed for LNG double-layer tank, which adopts hot wire TIG welding process.
15.TOP-TO-BOTTOM / BOTTOM-TO-TOP
These are two different tank construction methods, BOTTOM-TO-TOP is the traditional construction way, which requires to match with scaffolding, and the automatic welding machines are hanged on shell course of tank for traveling; TOP-TO-BOTTOM is the brand new construction way, instead of scaffolding, the hydraulic jacking system is adopted, and the automatic welding machines are installed and traveled on the ground rail skid.
