NAEC begin to develop offshore platform fabrication equipments and technologies since year 2006. We believe by move main fabrication job in workshop with logical fabrication workflow and efficient handling system will highly improve the fabrication efficiency and further improve customer's profit.
Similar with offshore pipe pile and pipe rack fabrication, wind tower and pressure vessel workpiece is also rolled from steel plate. In wind tower / pressure vessel we adopt the same design concept with Pipe Pile / Pipe Rack. Our innovated four-dimensional fitting-up station is suitable for inclined workpiece accurate fitting-up, which break up the bottleneck of wind tower/pressure vessel fabrication.
By our fabrication solution, customer can fabrication different workpieces, such as offshore pipe pile, pile rack, wind tower and pressure. Thus improve customer's project contracting and production capabilities.
Our present wind tower / pressure vessel fabrication capability is suitable for max. diameter up to 12M.
