Moreover, super heavy duty ones can be as large as 10MX12M, suitable for the welding of large shell diameter and thick work piece. And the load capacity of boom will be much higher, beside the wire feeder, control and welding torch, other auxiliary equipments can also be installed on the boom, such as flux feeding and recovery system and seam tracking system, the boom can also bear the load of 2 personnel standing.

Both ends of the boom can mount welding heads and wire reels, or one end can mount welding heads and reels, including tandem type.

To avoid boom drop, the machines have positive contact and self-locking device, and counter weight arrangement.

It is equipped with motorized column rotating function and trolley travelling function. Thus, the manipulator is matched at least with two rotators.

Motorized by AC motors, some are variable speed by inverter control, some are constant speed.
