The intersection multi-axle cutting machine is self developed and designed by NAEC based on many years' lean-fabrication concept and experience in pipe spool fabrication, also combined with on-site condition. It adopts flame or plasma cutting method to complete pipe cutting in measured length, bevel V shape in all kinds of angles, profile holes and saddle in several shapes. The core is cutting control software system. According to pipe spool cutting process and international welding standard, change the NC code to control language of cutting machine, drive servo system and correctly control the moving track of flame cutting torch further to finish pipe cutting process in complex shapes. According to preset procedures, it can automatically finish the pipe cutting & beveling process (manual mode is for option based on requirement).
