The heavy frame welding robot workstation adopts two sets of head and tail frame lifting positioners (with two-stage anti-fall), two sets of robot welding system double stations, and the lintel-type T-slot flexible tooling is compatible with different workpieces to ensure the overall precision and long-term stable operation, robot welding accessibility > 85%, at the same time, equipped with four sets of lifting, walking, telescopic manual repair welding platform, manual repair welding lifting platform and robot station common rail interlock, can complete the parts which the robot can not weld.The robot floor rail adopts a step-on design, which is convenient for repairing, welding, hoisting and passing operations.
