IPC pipe end beveling machine is self developed and designed by NAEC based on many years' lean-fabrication concept and experience in pipe spool fabrication, also combined with on-site condition. It is mainly consisted of base, rotating device, clamping device, cooling system and hydraulic system etc.
Through digital controlled interpolation feeding of axial axis and radial axis, fix fittings and rotate blade disc, do X-axis and Z-axis interpolation to complete milling, one cutting tooling can flexibly bevel several shapes in different angles.
Adopt narrower blade entering width, small cutting force, smooth fabrication, effectively guarantee clean beveling surface.
Due to narrow blade entering width, fast disc rotating and large blade entering per rotating, it can solve blade shaking problem. Fast rotating and high feeding can bring largely improved efficiency, good quality, low consumptive item cost (blade), strong adaptability of beveling shape and angles.
